There are many factors that affect the curing effect of composite membranes. To obtain better curing effects, many aspects must be considered, including

1. The form and burial state of the curing chamber:

Mainly consider the hot air speed and air volume obtained from the heating pipe; It is required that there be sufficient hot air speed and air volume from the ground and two or more sides of the drying room, and the temperature is uniform: It is required that the actual temperature is not much different from the set value, and the insulation is consistent with The waste discharge meets the requirements; it is required to be convenient for moving and picking up.

2. After completion of curing, the product must meet the technical requirements: Physical properties: such as post-processing requirements, functions of the composite film (composite film structure, friction coefficient, reaction completion rate, composite strength, pressure drop resistance, heat sealing requirements) , appearance after heat sealing, heat resistance), etc.; other chemical resistance requirements.

3. Function, surface tension (corona property) opening, heat resistance, etc. of the film material used in the composite film;

4. Adhesives required for compounding: ester-soluble adhesives (including fat ingredients), solvent-free adhesives, one-component and two-component water-based adhesives, hot-melt adhesives, etc.
