Material selection and production process
- Material selection: Ham sausage packaging film should be selected with good barrier properties, moderate permeability, heat resistance and tensile properties of materials, such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) and polyester (PET).
- Film thickness: According to the shelf life requirements of ham sausage and packaging, choose the appropriate film thickness. Thin films with a thickness of 0.1-0.2mm are suitable for disposable packaging, and thin films with a thickness of 0.2-0.3mm are suitable for repeated sealing packaging.
- Vacuum packaging: Ham Sausage Packing Film can extend the shelf life of the product, reduce oxygen contact, prevent fat oxidation, and maintain the taste and nutrition of the sausage.
- Printing effect: the text, pattern and color on the packaging film should be clearly visible, without errors, blurring or fading.
